Ashleigh Reeves

Secretary

Ashleigh Reeves serves as the Secretary for The Wildflower Alliance, bringing strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and a deep commitment to advocacy and inclusion. Her ability to create structure and support cross-team coordination strengthens the Alliance’s efforts to serve families raising children with disabilities.


She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Benedict College. Through leadership roles in national engineering organizations, Ashleigh developed a strong focus on equity, representation, and community-building—values that continue to guide her work within the Alliance. Her background in technical problem-solving and structured communication informs her approach to governance and collaboration.


At TWA, Ashleigh oversees board documentation, organizational records, and internal communication standards. She supports alignment across executive and program initiatives, ensuring that decisions, processes, and commitments are clearly documented and consistently executed. Her work reinforces the Alliance’s infrastructure and helps maintain the clarity and accountability needed to advance its mission.

Buddy Blades

Buddy Blades is more than a skating playdate — it’s a transformative experience where kids of all abilities roll, glide, and grow together through the joy of inclusive recreation.


Happening Tuesday, December 16 from 6:00–8:30 PM, this free event features adaptive skating support, sensory-friendly lighting and music, and inclusive on-rink activities designed to help every child feel confident, connected, and celebrated.
