Coffee & Convos is a relaxed, in-person meet-up for parents and caregivers raising children with disabilities. It’s a space to pause, exhale, and talk with people who understand the daily realities of caregiving.
At each gathering, parents set the tone. Conversations unfold naturally based on what people bring to the room—questions, experiences, frustrations, victories, challenges, and everyday moments.
Parents come because they want:
It’s supportive without being heavy, and informal without being directionless.

Families joined through trusted connections, underscoring the value of relational outreach.
Local cafés and community spaces opened their doors, strengthening inclusion and reducing environmental barriers.
Participation never requires payment, removing financial barriers to community connection.
Connection is rarely designed into the everyday realities of families navigating disability. Without intentional, low-barrier spaces, opportunities for peer connection are inconsistent or inaccessible. Coffee & Convos offers a consistent place where caregivers don’t have to justify their experiences or manage their emotions alone.
It is a steady point of community—grounded, familiar, and genuinely supportive.

The simplicity is intentional. The goal is connection.

Coffee & Convos is shaped by the community spaces and local businesses that make gathering possible. From time to time, partners open their doors for us to host a session in their space, or they lend quiet support by covering small comforts that help set the tone for parents raising children with disabilities.
If your business is interested in being part of this atmosphere—whether by hosting the next Coffee & Convos or sponsoring a future session—we’re glad to connect and explore what feels like the right fit.

Coffee & Convos gives parents space to connect, rebuild community, and receive practical guidance on challenges that affect their children’s access, learning, and well-being. Each gathering blends comfort, conversation, and support.
