
Brittany Williams serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Wildflower Alliance, bringing a Human Factors Engineering background and extensive experience in strategic operations, research, and system design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University.
Brittany’s expertise lies in analyzing complex systems, identifying structural barriers, and designing solutions that improve the experience of families navigating disability services. Her technical training allows her to translate nuanced insights into clear, operational pathways that support accessibility and inclusion.
At TWA, Brittany oversees organizational operations, research strategy, and cross-functional program development. She leads the creation of data-driven frameworks, strengthens internal systems, and supports partnership execution to ensure that every initiative is both grounded in evidence and responsive to community needs. Her work enables the Alliance to move from mission to measurable impact with discipline, clarity, and intentional design.
