Rhonda Mims serves as the Treasurer for The Wildflower Alliance, bringing decades of experience in public service, financial stewardship, and community engagement. Her steady leadership and commitment to responsible resource management support the Alliance’s ability to serve families with transparency and care.

Rhonda is a proud graduate of Miles College and spent more than thirty years in federal service, where she strengthened her expertise in financial oversight, compliance, and organizational accountability. Her work has consistently centered on supporting individuals and communities, and her approach reflects a strong belief in equitable access and responsible governance.

At TWA, Rhonda oversees financial processes, budget stewardship, and fiscal controls that ensure the organization’s resources are managed with integrity. She collaborates closely with the executive team to support long-term sustainability, helping align financial decisions with the Alliance’s mission to create inclusive, supportive environments for families raising children with disabilities.
