Stephanie Turner

Chief Advancement Officer

Stephanie Turner serves as the Chief Advancement Officer for The Wildflower Alliance, bringing more than fifteen years of experience in sales leadership, partnership development, and large-scale engagement strategy. Her career reflects a consistent ability to build relationships, generate momentum, and translate organizational vision into measurable growth.


She holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Stephanie’s background across business development, event strategy, and data-driven operations shapes her approach to advancement—merging analytical insight with a strong commitment to community connection.


At TWA, Stephanie leads advancement strategy, revenue development, and external partnerships that strengthen the organization’s reach and long-term sustainability. She oversees donor engagement, corporate partnerships, and community visibility efforts, ensuring that the Alliance has the relationships and resources needed to support families and expand inclusive opportunities across Alabama and beyond. Her work anchors TWA’s mission in a foundation of strategic growth and lasting support.

Buddy Blades

Buddy Blades is more than a skating playdate — it’s a transformative experience where kids of all abilities roll, glide, and grow together through the joy of inclusive recreation.


Happening Tuesday, December 16 from 6:00–8:30 PM, this free event features adaptive skating support, sensory-friendly lighting and music, and inclusive on-rink activities designed to help every child feel confident, connected, and celebrated.
